- After joining, you will begin with training in basic professional skills, including greetings, telephone etiquette and business card exchange. Introductory training will then cover practical marketing and branding, advertising and promotion, and event production from the ground up.
You will then join real projects. With support from senior employees and through meetings with clients and partners, you will build planning and proposal skills and learn how projects are managed. Your responsibilities will expand at a pace suited to your development.
In time, you will manage projects from start to finish, including:
Client communication
Identifying and understanding challenges
Concept development
Promotion planning and proposals
Client meetings
Event production and creative production
On-site event management
Performance measurement, analysis and reporting
